- Matthew joined ArmorGroup as Chief Financial Officer in March 2006 and became interim Managing Director in June 2008. He was previously Group Finance Director of Tenon Group PLC, the business services group. Prior to this he worked for 11 years at LogicaCMG plc, the major international IT services group, holding the position of Director UK Group Finance. Prior to the 2002 merger of Logica plc and CMG Corporation Matthew was Chief Financial Officer of Logica North America, based in Boston. Matthew is a Chartered Accountant and worked for KPMG between 1987 and 1992.

- Noel Philp joined ArmorGroup in 1989 following a 20 year military career which included service in both the New Zealand and British Armies. Noel has extensive security management and consulting experience across Asia Pacific, North Africa and the Middle East. He managed the company’s interests in these regions for several years before becoming Managing Director of ArmorGroup Services Limited’s operations worldwide in 1998. Noel was appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2002 with responsibility for the control and co-ordination of ArmorGroup regional management and service lines worldwide.

- Christopher joined ArmorGroup in 1988 following military service with the British Army and the Sultan’s Armed Forces in Oman and five years in the Lloyds insurance market. Christopher now manages the Group's Human Resource and Administrative functions. Prior to this appointment he managed ArmorGroup security, aviation and landmine clearance contracts in Mozambique, the Congo, the UK and the Balkans. He was awarded the MBE following his assignment by the UK’s Foreign & Commonwealth Office to the European Community Monitoring Mission in Bosnia Herzegovina in 1993.
