Election Security

ArmorGroup has experience of and the capability to provide the full range of Security Sector Reform expertise required to help deliver free and fair elections to nations and societies transitioning to democracy. ArmorGroup’s capable and experienced staff are highly experienced in providing advice on election security planning and the security processes and procedures in the support of Election Management Bodies (EMBs) and their Joint Operations Centres (JOCs) to enable elections to be conducted in an open and fair manner. Such a programme was delivered by ArmorGroup International Police Advisors in direct support of the Independent Electoral Commission of Iraq and the Iraqi Police Service during the country’s most recent national elections.

ArmorGroup can also offer election security services to provide the full range of support functions across logistics, transport, communications, Close Protection and site security. ArmorGroup also has specialist expertise in providing assistance, mentoring and training of local police, military and paramilitary forces in election security tasks.
